My mother found your hotel, loved the upgraded appearance, the fact that breakfast was an option, and your being located in the airport. She booked 1 night stay, and then when we received my son's diagnosis and were told we had to stay an additional 3 days, my mom extended our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning was broken for 2 days. My room was great, the staff was...

"Place is in a great location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean, shower was broken and unable to change temperature but overall the room worked. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great! Can't speak on parking situation since we used rideshare but it looked like there was some street parking. "

"Well maintained property. The pool is refreshing and has a children’s area. The location is ideal, across the street from Luquillo beach and the kiosks. Breakfast is adequate. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking fee if you have a car on the property."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde for 5 days. Super clean and modern hotel. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only down side was the maid staff were not super engaging and they forgot to clean our room one day even though we removed the sign. We called the front desk (they are super helpful) and asked if the cleaning person could remove our garbage and provide us another bathmat. They forgot to bring the bathmat, and when they came to collect the garbage...

"Great location. Walked to many restaurants. Loved how it was right on the beach. The pool was never busy and it was not hard to find a chair. The pool could have been cleaned more though. Fernando, at the towel area, was the best! He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel food and drinks were a little pricey, but that’s expected. Closest to the airport so expect to hear planes while outside, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again."
