"Had a king size room, only 3 small thin pillows. Requested more, my wife and i were headed out for the evening. Guy at the desk said he would let housekeeping know, said I could pick them up at the desk when we returned. No pillows at the desk, the new desk person would not accommodate with more pillows. Said best he could do was the next morning, we would be checking out. Terrible customer service!!! Heater/air conditioner would not stay running. We will not be back!!! We will get the word out...

"This property was PERMANENTLY CLOSED upon my arrival. Expedia did not tell me this nor did they help me find other lodging. This was beyond horrible customer service. Being stranded at 2 in the morning by myself in a city I had never visited was extremely discomforting. Having the company you trusted to reserve you a place to stay hang up on you, worse."
