"The beach view is incredible. You could not ask for a better view. The resort is family friendly, we had so much fun. We didn’t have much dealing with staff other than at gate checkins and they were all wonderful. The condo was clean enough. "Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. Upon entry noticed juice boxes were left on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The light in the bedroom with twin bunk beds was hanging from the ceiling to which my husband fixed. "It’s a nice property, they have two towers, plenty of parking, and close to a lot of things. Location is good and Walmart not far to pick up at. Right on beach and has multiple pools. They have updated their rules in 2026 from 2025 and allow toys and floats in the pool area now. I believe they were loosing business and decided to loosen up a little with all the restrictions and security checks."

"Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf"
