"Restaurants on site were closed. Food court is joke. Room floor covered in sand when we arrived. Toilet overflowing with bubbles in the middle of the night. No light housekeeping for our stay. You get what you pay for. The beach was beautiful. It's the only decent "

Family friendly place The satelite tv channels are just basic channels. Overall it is a great place to stay with cheaper prices . We will stay again when in that area.oh and if get a kitchen room they have the basic dishes needed "

"Great location but the room was less than impressive. It smelled like weed and the AC unit was soooo loud, sounded like it was about to give up any minute. "

"Hyatt is a great place however Expedia falsely described our room as being beachfront view and it was street view. Expedia didn’t check with the hotel which had been sold out of beach view since May of 2025 It’s sad that this was done to us by Expedia "
