"Staff in the office was amazingly kind. The Staff at the bar was also very friendly and nice. The barista there is amazing and very friendly she is just amazing. My room was very clean the toilet handle was broken but with all the pluses this place has to offer i didn’t mind it. Maintenance was right on it."

"We had a wonderful trip. The convenience of having the beach right there. The hotel room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The toilet handle broke and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. We will stay there again."

"Perfecta nuestra estancia excelente servicio"

"The beds are so uncomfortable! The pool is not heated so could not swim unfortunately."

"We loved the big pool, the lazy river and the convenience of having the beach just steps away! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and nice everywhere ant the hotel except in the little gift shop by the pool. I would not order food or buy things in that poolside shop again. "My room was incorrect I was supposed to have a living room with a full kitchen and a bedroom when I arrived I had a bedroom with a mini fridge at the foot of my bed and it smelled of mildew I left a day early and was told I would be refunded that day and it still has not showed up back in my account I could not even celebrate my birthday in my room with friends because their was only a bed and I could not prepare any appetizers due to no kitchen My experience was a total disappointment!"

"Great hotel close, but not walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff."

"Staying at the flamingo is great. One issue we had reserved a certain room and area and paid for it back in May. When we arrived for our stay they had given our room away because it was bikenweek and they couldn’t save our room. But we paid for it. My issue is to have better training to your new employees who make promises they can’t keep. Everything else’s is great the oools the bar."

"We had an amazing stay. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Only thing I had to complain about was out of 15 floors only 2 had working ice machines."

"its very good clean room , nice staff , good breakfast . its too good for family."
