"The bathroom was clean but outdated. The faucet at the sink had poor water pressure and the grout in between the tiles was moldy and should be replaced. Windows were dirty and sand on the floor in the room. "

"The Hilton beach resort had nice amenities. The location is great. Palmetto Dunes area is really nice. The property itself is aged. Our room had a loose shower faucet, loud toilet, an outlet plug was loose, the HVAC did not properly work for the first night. The management would not let us change rooms due to a full hotel but did waive that resort fee. The hotel staff was nice but understaffed for how busy the resort was. "
