"The was very courteous and friendly even though there is not a lot they were able to do? We dropped off our stuff in the room, and headed out the evening, noticed no hot tub it was removed. Not deal breaker but one of reasons we chose this place. They had a real nice breakfast area, again another reason we chose here. In the morning no breakfast, was told they didn’t do breakfast any more. When returned, tv was hooked to the light switch, bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling and did not work. Sheet on one bed had stains. They did switch us to a different room, the door handle was loose and the door did not open and close probably, but the room was clean. Two ice machines were out of order, vending machine was almost empty! Had to press the #2 button in the elevator several times to get it to work. Had to put a deposit down on my card which he said I would get it back when checkout but then was told at checkout, it would be 5 to 8 business days"
