"The lock on my door and the top latch were both broke. Room service entered my room multiple times while i was in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign to hang on the outside of the door and I couldn’t just lock it because it was broke. The first time the entered I closed the bathroom door and said I was about to get in the shower. The knocked and entered not even 5 minutes later. I yelled out I was in the shower. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe honestly as I was a woman...

"***DO NOT STAY HERE*** This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer, multiple broken things in the room, the smell of the room was PUTRID. My pregnant friend had to sleep in the vehicle because of the awful conditions, after she got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck. I called beforehand to let them know we would be checking in late with our ETA, it took over 10 minutes to wake up the person working the front...
