"Indoor pool advertised on website and on sign outside hotel but the pool is down the elevator is broken. Had I known any of it upfront I wouldn’t have booked. Non refundable booking though only reason we booked was for the pool"

"Smells like rotting flesh. The motel is near the freeway so you also get to listen to traffic all night. The curtains let in all the light so expect to wake at 6am. Both dogs got a tick so the area is not dog safe. Also no where to really walk them. Worst motel I've ever experienced."

"As I stated in my check-in review, the property manager, possibly the owner, was rude. Upon check-out he took the opportunity to tell me that he’s sorry that I found him to be rude and then proceeded to, very audibly, mumble under his breath. I first said that’s okay, then after hearing his mumbling I said, “that’s the rudeness I’m referring to”. He then decided to aggressively follow me out the door arguing. "

"No water pressure in the shower. People living in the other rooms were very loud all night long."
