"I thought I had booked a hostel with a central location in Krakow, but it felt more like a shelter for homeless alcoholics. Just outside the Old Town, about a 10-minute walk to the center, right next to a bigger train station and with easy access to trams and buses across the city. On paper, that’s a good starting point, but that’s also where the positives end. The beds in the dorm were actually fine, and the bathrooms were generally okay, although one shower was broken and sprayed water in...

"nice stay, good room, I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and it's a hostel - so I didn't expect anything extra! but it was a comfortable room and comfortable bad in the room and general stay. I arrived late at night, found the hotel easily and the receptionist was so friendly. Also, they allowed me to stay in the hotel later (not in the room) but in the lounge and work nearly whole day. "

"It was a great stay, however I wish I had curtains on the beds, so when someone who is sleeping does not get woke by inconsiderate guests (flicking on the lights was uncool at 2am)"

"Great place to stay. Didn’t feel too old for a hostel, private room with en suite was super comfortable and clean. Kitchens to use were well equipped with free tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Great easy instructions on how to get room keys on arrival etc and fantastic location to base yourself in krakow. Highly recommend as great value for money."

"We had a nice stay and it was as you’d expect with a hostel. However the toilet/ smelled really bad and the shower leaked water everywhere. We also phoned the emergency number three times when we were stuck, with no response. This was a little frustrating. But other than that, it does the job. Thank you. "
