"The location is perfect, close to old town and train station. It’s easy to walk to every attraction. The staff who was at check in was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered us iced coffee as it was very hot. The lobby had free coffee tea and lemonade. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The toiletries and robes etc had to be requested. Our room was cleaned daily. As it was my wife’s birthday, she was given a card and some vodka, which really made her happy. All staff were helpful except one who refused to give iced coffee and she kept saying they don’t have tea bags! She turned us down twice! On the whole it was a great experience and will recommend this to everyone."
