"The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours."

"It was horrible no coffee machine in room no fridge no microwave slippery floor condensation in the room was horrible everything wet clothes floors smelled like mildew not even room spray helped and they never made tge beds or put clean towels I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!"

"Place was fine. Problem was a dog whining and barking all night for the two nights we stayed. When we checked out, I informed staff at the desk. Only response was “I’m sorry,” with no offer to make any amends whatsoever."
