"The hotel itself was a little outdated but it was clean. The staff were beyond friendly. The staff that managed breakfast were so kind to keep it out a bit longer for my kids to make it down. Most will not leave it out for a minute past closing. The front desk ladies on the am and evening shift were both so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again."

"Our AC was broken and our room got to 78. We called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it in until morning. (We were leaving the next day) horrible sleep and horrible stay."

"Room was clean. Ceiling was leaking in hallway , buckets used to catch the drips. Ice machines on none of the floors worked."

"The pictures online are NOT what the property looks like. I was very shocked when pulling in. Staff was very nice but property is not that nice at all. Sheets had stains and just not a very nice place to stay."

"The room looked nothing like the photos online. The rooms was dirty …the carpet wasn’t clean… food on the floor…the fridge was dirty with food in the crevices..the bedding comfort set / blanket was stained. There was only one working ice machine for the entire hotel. Breakfast was the worse I have ever seen. There was variety of any food of substance. There was only a bowl of apples..no other fruit choices .. a little cereal.. hard bagels no variety.. hard bread… date old pastry…. yogurt,...

"The room was super hot AC was off and the beds had hairs and there were bugs on the floor. The restroom smelled ugly. Will never stay again I wish I could get my refund."
