"This hotel has basically been turned into a man camp for construction workers of data centers. Noise, drinking, loud music, smell of pot.all night and morning."

"It was gross. Only thing to describe it. There was blood on the shower curtain, dead frogs and bugs on the floor. There was a ton of hair on the sheets, and the Ac was fool of dust and blown it all over the bed."

"2 female front desk clerks were not too knowledgeable in regards of technology. That was holding up the line. Finally called Manager and He took care of it."

"WORST stay in my life! Computer was down when I got there, hotel is under construction, NO working ice machine in the building, room 215 which I was given was across from where work was still in progress after 8 p.m. NO smoke alarm, NO phone in the room to contact the worker downstairs who had NO authority to do ANYTHING ( said she could only go through management, but they could of course NOT be reached)! TV did NOT work, even after she put new batteries in the remote, that didn't have a back as she said people keep stealing remotes and even microwaves! The toilet seat in the very run down bathroom was broken all the way across and liked to pinch your ass! NO coffee or coffee pot! When asked to be put in another room she said the hotel was booked, but it certainly was NOT! Reached out to Hotel.com as well as Wyndham in Abilene and have YET to get any response! Waiting to get a FULL refund and will gladly accept a free reservation for an upcoming trip. When leaving the young man at the front desk confirmed there was NO management on site. When I said this was the worst experience ever, he politely said Thank You! My recommendation would be...DO NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! P.S. the air conditioner did work well. They need to close and finish building repairs."
