"This is 3 rd time staying at this hotel in 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. However we are senior citizens and we would have to climb stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. I think at this point it is time to buy a new ice maker since the hotel is usually at full occupancy when we stay there."

"Check in was very impersonal , rude, and distracted. The room was amazing, huge bed, great pillows, and wonderful air conditioning The outside appearence of the facility doesn't match the amazing rooms The breakfast was nothing special, hopefully the waffle maker will be fixed soon "
