I don't watch TV, so I can't comment regarding the TV/cable equipment in the living room and bedroom. In other reviews the "upstairs neighbors" were loud, but I didn't notice anything in particular. It was a very sweet, clean, peaceful visit for me."

"A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. "It was nice having private rooms, however the game room was not as advertised. The pool sticks were all broken or had no tips. The pool table was uneven. The air hockey table had water damage and no padding on the bottom of the pushers. Would have been a great place to state if everything was updated and fixed. "
