"Lovely hotel in the heart of the Savannah historic district. Pool is small but a nice amenity as most hotels in Savannah do not have one. Workout room adequate. Hotel rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Staff are very attentive and friendly."

"The air conditioner worked but the electrical was exposed, like the casing was missing. The wall had water damage that appeared to be painted over. The room itself was clean, but you could see damage to the walls and some poor repair work (caulking all over the door stop). It looks like they were doing alot of construction in the main lobby, it did not bother us much. "Great staff, good food in room service and bar. Great idea in coffee bar. Spa was booked for the whole weekend , wish they made more masseuse. Other thank that it was a great stay."

"The staff was helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had popcorn and punch available for guests in the evening. Everyday the hotel offered free drinks and appetizers from 4-5:30. Bradley our bartender was friendly and funny. One of the restaurants in the hotel was Broken Keel. Ernest was our waiter at night. He was awesome! We were disappointed for breakfast 2 mornings. The ran out of biscuits by 9 & 9:30. No biscuits and gravy for us."

"Did not care for the room. No real aesthetic. Not warm-feeling. Very stark. Felt dated and old. Nothing at all special or memorable. Loud noises coming at all times from all sides including the hail. The pool staff was less than attentive to say the least."
