"I liked the price and the great location. Hotel is a block away from the beach and downtown Typee Island, with shops and restaurants all within a walking distance."

"The room is old, and the hotel is dated, though the staff are goodโexcept at the front desk. The rooftop pool is out of service, and the area around the only functioning pool is in a sorry state. Everything is in need of maintenance and attention. There are no towels available, and the only amenity at the pool is water."

"The rooms carpet was sticky and dirty. The bathroom door looked as though it had been kicked in and the word part was the bed bug. My daughter and I were so disgusted. When I asked for a refund due to the awful experience they refused even though we hadnโt been inside the room for 10min. Then I was sent a message from you saying that you were giving me a $60 refund which is nowhere near the $410 I paid the property."
