"The hotel made an honest mistake in regards to the booking, and they were very good about making it up to me. Problem fixed. Staff was super nice. The hotel itself has that “old school” / “old world” Dell’s vintage feeling that I missed. Better than those stuffy corporate resorts that lack a soul."
