"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded...

"We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate...
