10/10 Excellent

"My friend and I enjoyed our stay for 3 nights this past weekend. Very clean. Really liked the suite set up. Home away from home feeling. Breakfast was tasty. The Staff were very accommodating when we were in need of more towels. We had to have our key cards recalibrated twice, we couldn't get into the side entrance from the parking lot. The fixed it quickly. Ended up with new cards. Lots of things near by to go sight seeing! Girls weekend!"

Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center

8/10 Good

"Beautiful hotel. Hotel restaurant and bar were under staffed. Intentionally booked room with breakfast, only to learn the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Ordering at the Starbucks counter, with noone available in the kitchen to prepare the order, being served in to go containers and eating at tables in the lobby while custodians vacuumed the lobby was unacceptable. To add to the chaos, there was also a gentleman who appeared to be struggling with mental health refusing to leave the lobby."
