"Staff was very helpful. A+ My room needed a few repairs and there was no remote for the TV. It was great for what I needed and I understand it was a late night accommodation because another hotel botched my reservation. I was taking the only thing available and I really appreciate them hooking me u in a pinch. I will always be grateful for their excellent staff."

"This was a top tier hotel, probably one of the best places I have stayed at. Costumer service was friendly and outgoing. The amenities such as Starbucks coffee was a highlight. Didn’t get to a chance to eat at the restaurant but would have if we were there longer. The breakfast was unbeatable and you won’t want to stay anywhere else if your in Jonesboro just because of it. "
