"Nice lobby and comfortable beds"

"The hotel was under some upgrades but still a very nice place to stay the staff are very polite and we had no problems with our room or service! The pool area is indoor and was nice. The hot tub didn't work but they did send us an email before vacation which i thought was nice. They will probably have it fixed soon they said. We had lake plans anyways so no bother to us! The hotel was is walking distance from the bars/food so that was nice and there are some nice people in gaylord michigan! "

"Friendly staff, fresh towels and cleaned room daily. Appreciated early breakfast. Accommodated our request to have conjoining rooms. Very clean. Great place to stay when exploring the Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes NP, & Lake Michigan area! "

"Made a reservation and pre paid for a king room. When we arrived they said the room we reserved wasn’t available so they gave us a double queen room. Reservation should reserve the room so it isn’t available to sell again!! Hall door didn’t work so had to use pool side door which didn’t lock. Housekeeper walked in on us in the morning because they thought we already left (you should still knock). And sweep the floor in the rooms!!"
