"I do not recommend booking this property. First of all, I booked because the listing stated “pet friendly”. The day before I arrived I received a confirmation email, and in that email it stated that pets were not allowed and if evidence was found I would be charged an additional fee. I spent that day and the next day, as I was traveling with my pet, trying to get clarification. They never gave me a definite answer so i brought my pet as planned. "The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”.
