"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "

"NOT A 4 BEDROOM. this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. We had 8 adults. 2 of the adults had to sleep on a couch. There was only 6 Bath towels so 2 of the adults had to drip dry. When we got to the house it was 15 degress out and the 2 dining room windows were open and had no screen on them so from the outside anyone could of crawled into the house and it was super cold in the house. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info.
