"We booked our stay when we landed but apparently that wasn’t enough time. They took the booking and we were standing at the door with our luggage late in the evening only to find out then that they wouldn't let us stay due to the time we booked. So, I’m not sure why it was available for booking. Then the response time to get my money back was very slow, 24 hours or more. We ended up paying double for a place to stay down the street. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing.
