"At check in the payment machine wasn’t working and the manger immediately assumed it was an issue with my payment method when in fact it was the machine. I stayed at this property in 2024 and it was really nice. The quality has gone down quite a bit with the unit itself smelling moldy and the bathrooms starting to show signs of mold. While the location is great I would not stay here again bc I know I can get a much cleaner space for this price point and skip the macro aggressions at check in."

"We always stay at The Berkeley when we are visiting Colorado! The room is HUGE with full dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and gas stove. The property is well maintained and comfortable and centrally located for our needs. We will definitely stay here again!"
