"Our 2nd trip here as we had a great experience a year ago with a clean hotel and great staff. This time we schedule a 2 night stay but checked out after the first night when we discovered the bedding had not been changed from previous guests, maybe more than once. It wasn't seen at night but by daylight became apparent that we had been sleeping in someone else's dirty bedding. I contacted front desk host who was very kind and courteous and while waiting for housekeeping we stripped the dirty bedding down to the mattress pad and discovered numerous disgusting stains along with a used bandaid. Who puts supposedly clean sheets back on a mattress pad that disgusting with dirty used bandaids? We were so disgusted and grossed out that we requested a refund and moved out immediately. Again, the host was very understanding and apologetic and courteous but our experience is completely unacceptable standards for a hotel that prides itself on cleanliness. We will not be staying at a Baymont Inn again. "
