"This hotel is okay. It is close to IUB dorms when you pick up or drop off your kid at college. Shopping and some restaurants are close. WARNING: You want an upstairs room; the quality and cleanliness are much better on the second floor. I always order a balcony room, to ensure I get a room on the 2nd floor BUT Hotels.com doesn't communicate with Travelodge that a balcony room was booked. I have had to take a photo of my reservation to prove that I paid an additional fee for a balcony room. I have even put in the comments on Hotels.com, but Travelodge doesn't get it. ALSO, don't do check-in through Wyndham. You'll get a text asking you to do so, you'll go through a lot of rigmarole, and it amounts to nothing (other than they collect a lot of your personal information and credit card info). Travelodge won't receive it, and you'll have to go through the process all over again at the hotel. "

"For the price, it’s a good place to stay. I usually give good reviews after each stay here but not this time. At check in, the person working the front desk was so incredibly rude. So unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was fine. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Only issue was the tv was not working. I called the front desk to ask if someone could fix it. I was told maintenance would be there in a few minutes to fix. No one showed up. "
