"The place was pretty nice. It has wood floors in most of it except for the bedrooms. The pans for cooking were all junk. Only had basic kitchen stuff. The beds had pretty good mattresses. The furniture in the living room was all worn out."

"This was a great place to stay if you need access to Knoxville and also want to play some at Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Even a day hike at the Smokies. Only thing that would be a suggestion is another option for comfortable seating besides the couch. We had a great stay for our son’s PhD graduation ceremony! "

They had all the essentials in the kitchen for making a meal and it was nice to have a bag of charcoal available for the grill. It was cold outside so we appreciated the extra blankets.
