Cottage di Tennessee

"This location is located at a steep incline especially the drive way and low sitting vehicles will bottom out entering and exiting the driveway and could potentially damge your vehicle. Taking multiple vehicles will create a slight challenge parking and entering and exiting. Suggest an suv/truck as in a higher sitting vehicle."

"Our family loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. It was a great bonding time, with games, hot tub and more. Downtown was ever so convenient. Loved it!"

"They failed to mention that the fireplace is only seasonal and they only turn it on after October 1st. There are no chairs for the private fire pit the hot tub light did not work the hot tub was not usable until the second evening of our stay and the Wi-Fi was not working until the second morning of our stay. Working with Avant Stay's team to resolve the issue is extremely tedious."

"This is the second year we’ve stayed at this cabin. We love that it is secluded yet 10 minutes from the activities. Sunda & Marty are great to work with. We hope to stay agin some!"

"Cabin was clean and the Mountain View’s were breathtaking"

"Cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The road to it is hairy with very steep curves. We found the beds to be hard but that's personal preference. The location is great, close to Townsend and Cades cove, very peaceful and charming."

"outstanding experience. Owner checked in with us on the way there. Will book again if available next year."
