"Wonderful visit to White Oaks! What a nice place to rest relax and rejuvenate. Lots to do within a short drive. Very evident effort is being made to make the place/ places nice for visitors. Customer service was above and beyond! "

"Poor housekeeping, 3 days with no response from management, property in rough shape. Price was a little less than nice hotels, but we found out why. All 4 beds were made but had hair, debris, and particulate under the covers so we had to wash all the bedsheets upon arrival. Sheets, mattresses, and bath towels all very stained. All the lights and devices were unplugged, had to go around plugging everything in. Cobwebs all throughout the home, spiders seen daily in every room. Shower curtain...

"It was fantastic! "
