"Booking process, what stood out was the FREE Parking. Otherwise it’s would be very costly! Check in process, was sent an email with door code! I mean there wasn’t a process and that made it even better as no one enjoys waiting in line. Esp when the man working at the front desk said he cannot watch two grocery bags for me while I ran to car parked by security as I left something. “His guests” comes first. He made sure of this. How rude! He is lucky cause the gentleman next to him came out and...

"We felt very comfortable in Waikiki Banjan. We particularly appreciated the very central location. You can spend your holidays there indisturbed. We would have a small comment. A small laundry rack would be nice. You can't hang the laundry anywhere else. We would like to book Waikiki Banjan again and fecommend it to others It was a great time for us there.♡♡ Mahalo"

"It was a nice place to stay! we really enjoyed the view from balcony. The location was very convenient. Everything was clean and tidy but bathroom drain was smelly and towels were rough and scratchy."

"nicely located in Waikiki near zoo, aquarium and Waikiki beach but also walkable to more touristy areas in Waikiki for dining and shopping. loved the parking as street parking is in short supply. recommend car rental be a compact as building has tight parking. check in or check out is a bit of a run-around for a single person and better suited as a 2 person operation but doable. "
