"The exterior of this hotel and the area surrounding it is not visually appealing. However, if you look past it and get inside the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. If you expect the 4 seasons go there and pay for it. But if you need a clean place to stay that is cost effective, this place was great. "

"A great location a few minute walk from Bath House row in Hot Springs. The motel was clean and quiet. The room was small, but definitely good condition and clean. Good quality for the affordable price. Location was close to all the major spots in the park as well as a the Happy Hollows Spring one of the only cold springs in the park. Parking was easy. Staff friendly. Lawn games available too!"

"I had arrived later than expected and the staff had my room key and ticket ready to go when I arrived. The room was very clean. The shower had plenty of pressure and the linens were clean. Hotel/Motel beds usually hurt my back after just one nights stay, but no issue after a quiet nights rest here. WiFi was strong enough to watch videos on my phone without issue. I will definitely book again."

"This hotel is cheap, and you get what you pay for. I mean, it wasn't terrible but don't expect it to be as nice as a $100 room when you're only paying $50. It's old. The furniture was falling apart but the bed was comfy and the shower worked real well and it was a large room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I've stayed in nicer $50 hotel rooms, but I've also stayed in worse. The location is great if you plan on visiting bathhouse row. Only about a 1 mile drive."
