"Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business."

"Pillowcases seemed clean but were stained. Door to bedroom is glass and the translucent privacy screen covers about 2ft from elbow height on up so does not actually provide any privacy. The bed is very sloped so you fall into the middle of it, hard to sleep two. The night we arrived the bar next door or maybe a nearby house started a metal show at 11pm. Fine to crash for a night or two if it's all you can find but not super comfortable."

"Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72...

"I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...

"10 out 10 will be booking for my next trip out to DC"

"Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

Roadside Parking space infront of the house is very easy and available for most wof the week. Otherwise can park in the back of the home. Overall 5excellent experience"

"I showed up with my family at 11pm and was told there was no room for us. I had already paid! I am now fighting for a refund. Unacceptable! We drove 6 hours! No one could give us any answers. Called and texted “property manager” who then told me to contact a different person. This other person told me she also had no say or power to check us in. Was then told to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of person responsible for listing either!! We ultimately had to find and pay for a...
