"Apartment was great and location was excellent. Close to everything. Walking out the front door of the apartments and you have many different options for dining both casual and upscale as well as coffee shops. It was only a couple of blocks away from the National Mall. Go left to see the Capitol Building or go right to see the National Monument and Lincoln Memorial. Go straight at the National Mall to go to Air & Space Museum and go a few blocks more to get to the Spy Museum. Awesome location....

"Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom. Overall very satisfied, especially with the affordable price. "

"The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....

"There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. "
