"The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit."

"The rental was nice, comfortable and had all the things that met our needs. Loved the deck with the swing & Lighthouse view. However, although I called Tybee Vacation Rental (TVR) ahead to check to see if there was a Keurig coffee maker and if there was an elevator for access to 6C, I was told there was no Keurig and there was no elevator, that it was on the second floor with two flights of stairs. "The 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in was great,very clean and had everything we needed,we has a sloght issue with the gate codes,but when i called the host it was taken care of within minutes,the pool was clean but the hot tub stop working due to a propane leak i believe, but iwe were very satisfied with the place and convenience to everything "

"We stayed 5 nights at Shipyard resort which was wonderful. The checkin process and resort facilities were excellent and included bikes and a thoughtful list of provisions for the property, beach towels etc. so would recommend the property. However, they took a deposit on checkin which they said would be released at the end of our stay so not impressed when they charged me on the checkout day. Once home, I had to call them 3 times and sent 2 emails to the manager asking for a refund which were...

"This was our first time staying here. The communication from the staff was prompt, thorough and friendly. The unit was spacious and comfortable and offered what you would hope and expect to find in terms of amenities. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach. We will stay here again next trip!"

"The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach, a long walk or short drive. Close to several restaurants. It was plenty of room for our group of 5. It should NOT be limited to 6 people. It could easily sleep 7-8 people. We could’ve used a few more wash clothes and towels. The front door knob needs to be replaced. It was stocked with the general “hotel” type supplies. "Such a beautiful view from the balcony! Wonderful accommodations for a beach vacation, even during the winter. Condo had everything we needed. Beach access is made easy by a foot bridge. Great stay!"
