"Clean, friendly, cool & close to downtown."

"The place is a little rundown and old you can see that there’s been leaks in the ceilings and they just sprayed the ceiling to patch it. They did cosmetic things to try to make it look better but the carpets in the hallway are still old at least 20 to 30 years old the beds were OK. They were clean and adequate for sleeping if you’re looking for a place to just rest this is a good place but if you’re looking for anything else there it’s not."

"Loved everything about the physical property. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and plenty of parking. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles but no other hot food like eggs or sausage. I will recommend that you have the room AC or just the fan going as the hallway tends to be kind of loud with laughing and people. Once I turned on the AC, the white noise drowned out the hallway noise. All in all a great place to stay "

"The hotel looks decent when you first walk in but it's a different story with the rooms. The room smells musty with a touch of mildew. The walls are chipped/peeling with visible screws trying to hold things together. The bed felt damp and the pillows were flat and lumpy. The floor dips in certain places. You can hear everything from your neighbors above and to the side of you. Will never recommend this place to anyone"

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"Excellen breakfast, I missed happy hour so can’t say! Wonderful hot tub and pool! Staff was excellent with the exception of the night bar staff. Terrible night bar tender! "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."
