"Whole facility was very dirty. Room appeared to not be cleaned from last user. Dirty clothes from previous person left in room. Elevator not working so had to hike 8 bags up the stairs. Desk person had crying baby with her. After seeing the cleanliness of the facility we skipped the breakfast. Ac worked well. "

"The management was awful and they contacted me about giving me a refund for time i told them when i checked in i wouldn't be there for. I have still not received anything not even a email after accusing me of stealing the room keys. I am on camera and in full view giving the keys back when i checked out while took over an hour
