"I would give absolute zero stars for the service solely due to my last interaction with one of the staff members late evening (8/2/2026) around 10pm. So I came in to retrieve my keys as I left them in the room, and as I’m speaking to the front desk, lady who was middle age, blonde haired lady, She proceeded to let me know that my room had several complaints. Remind you, I’m traveling with a three year-old so I asked what the complaints were and she said of stomping. So my question with her was...

"Very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet and felt safe. Could use some minor cosmetic work in my room but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. Very affordable."

"Stairs to the second floor ware filthy and in disrepair. Hallway and room carpets were filthy. Room 86 was full of bugs and the air conditioner controls did not work. Fortunately it stayed on. The bed was clean and comfortable. The sink bowl was cracked in multiple places and the water pressure was extremely low. There were no water cups in the room. Fortunately I had a water bottle to take my pills. Not even worth the $80 I paid for the room. Should be more like $40 to $50."
