"The property is very old. I tripped plenty of times ơn the carpet ơn 4th floor Leading to my room 411. Because the carpet ơn the hallways are not flat anymore. It’s crooked and raised and uneven. Very bad for elders. The breakfast was not bad. I don’t eat bacon and thất was the only protein choice ơn the 2 days I came down out of the 5 days I was there. They maintain our trash even when we told them we didn’t want room clean so that was a plus. The staff was very helpful anout everything....

"Need coffee makers in hotel rooms and full length mirrors. Love the security systems you have in place. It made me feel safer when by myself. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Very good breakfast. Everything was hot and delicious. Thank you"

"I booked this hotel for the suite- 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It does look like the online photos, but what you can’t see is the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean at all. I’m not overly picky about hotels or cleanliness, but this was gross. I should have read further into the reviews, but we stopped late at night on our way to our final vacation spot. We didn’t even attempt the breakfast, as we couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"We stayed here to experience the Rail Explorers Elk River tour, which makes the hotel’s location convenient if one is coming from Ohio. The beds were comfortable! The hallway carpets and furniture were all banged up or stained. The guests seemed a little rowdy the night we stayed, including an incessant yapping dog. If you turn the AC blower on though it drowns out the other noise. Breakfast that was included was substantial and the area was quite clean, organized and the attendant was...

"The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast."

"Drug addicts hanging outside the hotel! Watching you walk to your room. Felt very unsafe didnt last an hour grabbed my stuff and left. Do not stay!"

"We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared."
