"There were a few small issues with the property like a broken doorknob I had to fix and electrical plugs by the bed that didn't work. It also needs some extra things like more security lighting in the parking lot and extra hooks in the bathroom for towels. But it is a nice clean and comfortable property and my Wife, and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It also has a nice book selection if you are a reader."

"Visited Fredericksburg to see friends and attend the Food and Wine Festival. Town Creek Warren was a great choice as far as location; one block off all the shopping and sites. Very comfortable and clean. The only problem was that there was no signal on the TV. I called the property manager numerous times but never got an answer. Frustrating, as I wanted to watch some college football and other programs in the evening. I even asked the guest next door for help and he couldn't solve the...

"It was a nice stay, we had to evacuate for hurricane Laura and this condo was nice and comfortable for our family of 5 plus our dog. Everything was clean and tidy! We stayed 3 nights and it was very nice. Nice view of the lake from the porch. Plenty of activities on sight, pool table and bbq pits, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. A little out of the way from all the attractions but we didnt mind the drive since it is the Texas hill country."
