Motel di Kabupaten Kenton

"Neglected motel. We were in unit 111. the bed was really good but the one recliner type chair was worn out and the office chair was broken so it ttied to dump you on the floor. Travelers need good supportive furniture. We are tired from long drives or busy dsys at the sites we've been to. This motel is by the Ark Encounter. Tons of walking snd standing. I do Not want to try and sit in bed to read or work on a laptop. That hurts my back, which leads to stress, which causes lack of sleep....

"No ironing board in the room. Breakfast buffet was on the lower scale."

"The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

"The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights...
