"staff at the front desk was super friendly, after a 4 hr drive they allowed me to check in an hour early. the room was recently renovated and the mirror with the vanity light feature was an awesome perk as well, great price great experience. i will be definitely be staying here again in September. "I had a wonderful time at Norfolk Waterside Marriot. I arrived early and thought I would see if I could check in a little early since it was my birthday. This absolutely wonderful front office supervisor Caroline Mann checked me in. Not only did she check me in a little early, she got me an upgrade on the room, corner room with two views of the waterside, and into the M lounge for my birthday. What a wonderful birthday gift. I will be returning next year for my birthday. Anytime I stay in Norfolk I will be staying there. Thank you AGAIN Caroline, from one Leo to another."
