"Books through secondary booking agency (Evolve). They do their own screenings to decide if you meet their standards for booking. Having the money to book, having good credit, and never having any issues with any previous accommodations doesn't matter."

"Do not let the description fool you.
It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies.
The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet.
Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...
