"We were very pleased with our stay. We’re a family of five with three young children, and the two-room suite gave us plenty of space and would be comfortable for a multi-day stay. The beds were comfortable and lower than many hotel beds, which was great for both me and the kids. The table, refrigerator, microwave, two TVs, and extra living space made the room very family-friendly.
One of my favorite features was being able to connect our streaming services to the TVs, including Disney+, Netflix, and Apple TV. The room was beautiful, clean, and nicely updated, and the lobby and common areas were elegant.
Breakfast was a step above the typical hotel breakfast, with a made-to-order omelet station, biscuits and gravy, ham, sausage, eggs, muffins, coffee, juice, and a Coke Freestyle machine. The seating area was especially nice.
The surrounding Ridgeland area was beautiful, upscale, and well maintained, with shopping and restaurants nearby.
Our only annoyances were thumping bass from an event downstairs, although we were still able to sleep. The motion-sensor bathroom light was frustrating: bright enough to light up the bedroom at night, but it actually shut off while I was showering, leaving the bathroom completely dark.
Overall, a beautiful, comfortable hotel and a great setup for families. We would definitely stay here again."
