"Stacey was the only nice front desk staff I encountered during the whole trip. She was kind and attentive. All other front desk staff did not have any customer service skills and had much attitude upon arrival. They were not approachable or engaging at all. The first room I was booked in, had an air conditioner that stopped working so my room was switched to where I found a dead waterbug in the second room's bathroom. Housekeeping was able to promptly clean it up. Breakfast was fine. I would not...

"Great location & view, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Does need some updating. Bathroom needs a little tlc, rust in the bathtub. Staff was awesome, very friendly. Were always asking if we needed anything, even helped with the luggage. Will definitely stay again!"
