"The experience was magical. The staff are highly trained and made the experience unforgettable to my children. It was easy to navigate the facility. The customer service was above average. We loved the theme and everything surrounding it whether it was hidden or out in the open. It was like a scavenger hunt. The indoor water park was unmatched! The thoroughness to ensure safety to all visitors was obvious (and appreciated). This was a 10/10 experience for our family."
