"Property was much better than one would expect from a value brand hotel. Especially helpful was the 24 hour staffed lobby, extended hours every day for the breakfast, 24 hour coffee in the lobby, friendly/helpful lobby staff, clean carpets and bedding. The only thing showing did not directly affect me, but is still concerning, and that is deferred maintenance: Broken toilet seat, sticky bathroom door, leaking faucet outside of my hotel room, barely hanging on door security chain on my door, and...

"Unfortunately our room and bed was absolutely covered in dog hair. The bottom of the sheets were incredibly dirty from another person's stay, and were obviously unwashed in between. Great folks at the check in, no complaints there."
