"Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. "AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms."
