"I definitely recommend this hotel to stay if you’re in the Springfield area. Everyone working here has been very nice Including the manager except for one woman behind the desk where you check in at who has been rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I have spoken to a few other people that stayed here and they agreed."

"We stayed here for the Cincinnati open and though it's a little bit of an older hotel, it was extremely clean and quaint. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and everyone was so nice. It's much better than your commercial hotels because they have an outside gazebo and tables to sit outside, surrounded with a fireplace and trees. Would definitely recommend."

"The desk attendant was very pleasant an easy going, would of rebooked in the morning but tap pay wasn't available, not sure but might of had a midnight visitor but I'm not sure, all well I guess, hmm."
