Very good temperature linens great slept great confused about breakfast situation but that’s not always clear as we booked the room at like 11 o’clock tonight would totally recommend especially due to the staff at night. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms. "We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced, never saw house keeping. No clean/fresh towels!!! Terrible service, I went to front desk to ask about house keeping service and the answer was “we don’t clean rooms everyday. It’s done every other day… in our experience it was never done!😣😖"

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...
