"The shower had no hot water on Monday, the breakfast was mediocre and the elevator smelled like pee one day. However, my room was cleaned in the afternoon when I stayed in to veg out until 2 and the bed was comfortable and the area very safe."
"I've stayed at this property several times but this time was not as good as past stays. The common areas were not as clean as they usually are, trash cans overflowing etc. Hotel was fully booked so lots of noise and a fight broke out outside my room, staff was responsive. My room had used toiletries (bottles half empty) and an open bar of soap in the shower making me think maybe it wasn't really cleaned prior to my check in and there was no housekeeping service for 3 days. The breakfast is also not what it used to be. Very sparse choices "
"The room was nasty stains on the bed and comforter. The bathroom bath tub was not clean at all the room was not well kept at all.
Looks as if house keeping didn’t change the sheets or bedding.
I had to strip the bed myself and when I stiles the bed from the dirty bedding. The were stains all over the mattress and mattress's topper.
So bad that I booked to stay for two nights and I left the next day."
"I stayed here while attending an event in downtown Danville, and the location was extremely convenient, only about a 6 to 7 minute drive. This is not a luxury or vacation style hotel, but it serves its purpose well for short stays. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and the property was quiet and easy to navigate. The hotel also appeared to offer accessible features, which is important for travelers who need them.
The rooms were clean, though they could use some updates, especially the mattresses. That said, the overall convenience made it worth it. The hotel offers a pool, fitness center, free breakfast, a small concession area, and a pet walking area, which was a great bonus since I was traveling with my dog. It is clearly a pet friendly property, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which always makes a difference. The hotel is slightly off the main road, so it is quiet but still close enough to town. I also appreciated how easy it was to use services like Instacart and Grubhub during my stay. Overall, it is a solid choice if you are looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near Danville, especially for solo travelers or those traveling with pets."
